The UIC Environmental Science Programme is teamed by international faculty members possessing studying and working experiences from around the world (including the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Mainland China, Hong Kong China, Malaysia, Ukraine). The faculty members have worked with research institutes, government agencies, global top universities and environmental agencies locally and abroad, thus, are equipped with work and research experiences in the relevant sectors. The research areas of the faculty members are multi-dimensional and encompass ecology, natural resources conservation, environmental technology, environmental chemistry, environmental toxicology, environmental geography and environmental management, among others.
